omelette variation

basicly i like egg, sometimes i fry it, but sometimes i make omelette. we can have many omelette variations.

i tried omelette with shrimp, pork, chicken, morning glory, cabbage, and the last one, i tried tomato, and i like it very much. because i don’t really like vegetables, so i try to have more variation with vegies.

i also tried making noodle omelette, but this requires more step because you have to boil the noodle first. and this noodle omelette is a quite heavy meal for me.

think of another variation? =p

shrimp soup

i got this recipe, shrimp soup, from my friend Sophea. thanks Soph :D

ingredients: shrimp, lemon, celery, fish oil, salt, sugar

how to: boil water (approximately 200ml, depends on how many shrimps you have), then put the shrimps into the boiling water. add fish oil, salt and sugar as you like. when the shrimps cooked, put the soup into a bowl then add celery leave and lemon drop.

nice, simple, and fast :) the lemon drop makes the soup a little bit sour and neutralize the shrimps’ smell.

bala-bala

bala-bala, or might be called as bakwan, is a kind of snack from indonesia. i made it this evening ;p at first, i wasn’t sure whether it’s a correct way to make it, but finally, i made some, and ate it for my dinner :D even though it was quite salty, but still ok =’p

the ingredients: cabbage and carrot (chop into small slice), bean sprouts, flour, water, salt, garlic (chop also)

how to: mix all the ingredient then fry in a hot cooking oil.

very easy jaa?

but i like it more with peanut sauce. for peanut sauce, we can smashed fried peanut and chilli, put a little salt, then add vinegar or add lemon drop, then add a little cooked water.

dip bala-bala into the peanut sauce.. hhmm.. =)

i’m just thinking, i didn’t take picture of the food :( i will post it when i made bala-bala again then =p
